BOSTON – Suffolk women's basketball, who has won its last three games, gets a four-game homestand underway Saturday, Feb. 5 when Salve Regina stops by Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court. Tip-off of the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) clash is set for 1 p.m.

SUFFOLK ATHLETICS 2021-22 FAN POLICY
Suffolk University Athletics, following guidance from the University's health and safety protocols, Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), Centers for Disease Control and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, plans to allow fans to attend home athletic contests during the 2021-22 academic and athletic year.

Fans, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated, can attend games. They must be masked the entire time they are on campus, pursuant to institutional policy, and complete a health screening form at the security desk of each building upon arrival. This policy applies to home contests played on campus at the Ridgeway Building's Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court, as well as the Emmons Horrigan O'Neil Memorial Rink and the Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink.

For outdoor outings, specifically at East Boston Memorial Park, fans are asked to respect COVID safety protocols. At this time, masks will not be mandated for fans no matter vaccinated status at outdoor venues.

LAST TIME OUT
Behind a well-balanced effort with all 10 Rams who took the hardwood at Tansey Gymnasium pitching in a point, Suffolk women's basketball logged a 76-41 victory over Wentworth Wednesday night in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Thanks to its three wins in a row, Suffolk returns to Smith Court 13-5 on the season and 7-4 in CCC outings. 

Jenni-Rose DiCecco is a crucial component to the Rams' 70.3 ppg as she supplies a team-best 14.6 ppg and 5.1 apg. Amanda DeAngelis supplies 10.8 ppg to the scoring to join DiCecco with a double-digit average.  

The twosome helps out on the boards. DeAngelis' 7.3 rpg leads the way with DiCecco adding 5.3 rpg. Emily Wellingand Natalie Fraioli are factors on the glass with 6.9 rpg and 5.7 rpg, respectively. 

SEAHAWKS SAYINGS
Salve Regina has won back-to-back battles to go a game above .500 at 9-8 on the year and 8-3 in CCC play.  

A trio of Seahawks average double figures to pace SRU's 62.6 points per outing offense. Briana Neary's 13.9 ppg leads the way with Ashley Rourke's 12.8 good for second. Morgan Shuey rounds out the threesome with 12.1 ppg. Megan Henaghan, who leads the way on the boards with 9.3 rpg, chips in 9.4 ppg to the offense. Neary is a force on the glass as well with 7.5 rpg. 

WE MEET AGAIN
The Rams swatted 11 Seahawks shots and Gabriella DeComo provided 21 points to propel Suffolk women's basketball past Salve Regina, 72-57, in Commonwealth Coast Conference action Wednesday night at the Rodgers Recreation Center.
