RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk sits 1-0 after pouncing Emerson, 72-42, in its season debut.

The Rams' 72-point offense was well-balanced in game one, with all, but one of the 12 players in blue-and-gold produced at least two points. Natalie Fraioli and Sydney Richard each provided double figures. The former led the way with 15 points, while the latter recorded 10.

Defensively, Suffolk out powered the Lions on the boards with a 24.0 rebound margin. All dozen Rams pulled down at least one carom with Amanda DeAngelis' nine-board effort leading the way. Fraioli supplied seven rebounds, while Emily Welling grabbed six. Jenni-Rose DiCecco and Marissa Gattuso supplied three steals apiece to the defense.

BEARS BREAKDOWN
Bridgewater State faced Emerson two days after Suffolk and like the Rams, took down the Lions in game one, 76-68.

A trio of Guards anchored the victory. Sydney Bradbury sparked the Bears winning ways with 22 points on a 7-for-15 showing from the field, which included a 4-for-9 performance from downtown, to go along with five rebounds. Olivia Dziadyk and Kylee Piche matched Bradbury's effort on the glass with five caroms of their own. The senior and junior chipped into the scoring as well with 12 and nine points, respectively.
