WENHAM, Mass. – Suffolk men's cross country put together a second-place performance at the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championships Saturday afternoon at Gordon College. The runner-up finish marks the third in a row and third time in program history that the Rams claimed third in the league title race.

Suffolk sealed up second with a combined 57 points to finish behind CCC Champion Roger Williams, who earned 42 points for the second straight season with five all-league runners including individual chapion Nathan Tassey (25:44.2) . Gordon finished 33 points behind the blue-and-gold to round out the podium.

  • Novy and Green secured their second All-CCC nods. With their second All-CCC recognition in cross country, the junior and sophomore are the first Rams to have multiple all-conference distinction from the CCC. Matyas Csiki-Fejer is the only other Suffolk student-athlete to have numerous awards with CCC Runner of the Year, CCC Scholar-Athlete of the Year and All-CCC on his resume from 2021.
  • Barry (ninth), Green (12th) and Sikora (15th) all took home All-CCC for the first time in their careers.
