BOSTON – Suffolk men's cross country sent thee student-athletes to run at the 55th Codfish Bowl at Franklin Park Saturday. 

The blue-and-gold threesome was featured on the 8k course that featured top NCAA teams like Tufts, Yale and Sacred Heart, who took first through third, respectively. The Rams' Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) counterparts Gordon (fourth), Endicott (sixth) and Hartford (eighth) were featured in the field as well.  

Junior Evan Wright came through the finisher's chute in a personal-record 29:53.9 to take 126th in the field of 262. Senior Zachary Martin logged a 31:16.9, good for 166th, and sophomore Michael Najarian put together a personal-best 34:18.3 to place 215th.  

Suffolk is back in action this Friday, Sept. 29 at the Blugod Invite in Colfax, Wisconsin.
