Track & Field Unveils 2024 Outdoor Slate

2024 SUFFOLK OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SCHEDULE

BOSTON – Days away from its first meet of the 2024 outdoor season, Suffolk track & field has announced its complete spring slate with seven regular-season events centered around four championship meets.

The seventh varsity season gets underway this Saturday, March 23 at the BSU Bears Invitational at Swenson Field on the campus of Bridgewater State in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.

Suffolk stays local the next Saturday, March 30 for the Tufts Snowflake Classic.

Some Rams will jet set to Williamsburg, Virginia, April 4-7 for William & Mary's Colonial Relays, while the remaining Rams are scheduled to remain local to compete at the Jim Sheehan Memorial Invite Saturday, April 6.

A trip to Lewisburg, Pennsylvania is on tap April 12-14 for Bucknell's Bison Outdoor Classic.

Suffolk stops by MIT for the Sean Collier Invitational April 19-20, which will be the final prep for the Rams before the 2024 CCC Championships, which is slated for Saturday, April 27 at Portsmouth High School in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. The Rams men look to reclaim the crown after hoisting the inaugural title in 2022, while the women aim to remain on the podium and claim the top spot for the first time after a third-place showing in 2022 and a runner-up performance a year ago.

The best of New England will battle it out May 3-4 at the New England Division III Championships.

From there, Rams who qualified will participate at the New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association (NEICAAA) Championships May 10-11.

Suffolk student-athletes will have one final chance to earn their place at nationals at MIT's Final Qualifier Thursday, May 16.

NCAA Division III Championships will take place for qualifying student-athletes May 23-26 at the Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
