Men’s Tennis Selected Seventh in CCC Preseason Poll 

BEVERLY, Mass. – Suffolk men's tennis has been projected to finish seventh in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Preseason Poll after a vote by the league's eight head coaches, the conference officed announced Wednesday. 

The blue-and-gold earned 16 votes to seal up the seventh spot ahead of Curry, who had 10 points.  

Nichols, winners of 10 of the last 11 CCC Men's Tennis Tournament titles is a unanimous selection to do it all over again. 

Roger Williams, the back-to-back CCC Men's Tennis Runner-Up, has been projected to repeat in the second spot as the Hawks earned 54 points. 

Endicott and Gordon shared the third spot with 45 points apiece with Wentworth (29) and Western New England (25)  taking fifth and sixth, respectively.

Suffolk is 24 days away from its 2024 season opener, a Saturday, March 16 showdown at Rhode Island College.  

The Rams enter their third season under head coach Scott Blanchard and aim to make their second straight CCC postseason push in program history.
