BOSTON – Suffolk men's hockey is in store for a full Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) weekend with a home-and-home series against No. 13 Endicott on tap. The Rams will first battle in Beverly, Massachusetts Friday, Nov. 18 at 7 p.m., before hosting the Gulls at Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink Saturday, Nov. 19 at 4:50 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
Nichols netted two goals  in a three-minute span in the third period to hand Suffolk men's hockey a 4-3 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) loss Saturday at Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink.

SUFFOLK SCORES

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk is 1-3-0 on the year with an identical CCC ledger. The Rams lone win came via a 6-3 triumph at Nichols Nov. 11.  

The Rams 10-goal offense has seen 14 different players produce at least one point through four games. Max Rand and Ryan Webb lead the way with three points each. Rand's stat line features a team-best two goals and one assist, while Webb owns one goal and two helpers. 

Cal Wilcox is the only goalie to take the ice for the blue-and-gold this year. He sports a 3.28 GAA and .895 save percentage over four games. 

GET TO KNOW THE GULLS
Endicott, who sits 13th in the latest DCU/USCHO.com national poll, sits 5-1-0 on the year and is unbeaten in CCC contests at 4-0-0.  

The Gulls have outscored their opponents 28-15 on the season. In league contests, Endicott has outscored its conference counterparts 21-5. Ryan Willett paces Endicott's score with eight points on three goals and five assists. Cass Bowes and Derek Contessa each own six points behind evenly split stat lines of three goals and three assists. 

Atticus Kelly and Ryan Wilson have split time in between the posts, defending the cage for three games each. Kelly holds a 1.34 GAA and .948 save percentage with a perfect 3-0-0 mark. Wilson, meanwhile, boasts a 1.67 GAA and .926 save percentage. 

INSIDE THE SERIES

  • Suffolk sits 2-8-1 all-time against Endicott in a series that started in 2015. 
  • The blue-and-gold looks to snap a two-game skid against the Gulls. 
  • Suffolk's last win over Endicott came via a 3-2 victory Jan. 28, 2022.
