Men’s Golf to Start 2024 Spring at Bill Detrick Invitational

BOSTON – Suffolk men's golf gets its 2024 spring slate underway this weekend at the Bill Detrick Invitational hosted by Trinity at the Keney Park Golf Course in Hartford, Connecticut.

KENEY PARK GOLF COURSE
Keney Park Golf Course's first nine holes were designed by Devereux Emmet and built in 1927, while the second nine were added in 1931 and designed by City of Hartford engineer Robert "Jack" Ross.

Keney Park has played host to the Connecticut PGA Championship, Hartford Women's Open and the National Boy's and Girl's Junior PGA Championships.

THE FIELD
Joining Suffolk in Hartford, Connecticut will be invitational host Trinity, along with the Rams' Commonwealth Coast Conference counterpart Western New England, as well as Bowdoin, Wesley, Middlebury, Bates, Hartford, Springfield, Tufts and Williams. 

TEE TIMES
Suffolk is scheduled to start the competition Saturday, April 6 at 11:09 a.m., with tee times for Sunday based off day one results. 

RAMS LINE-UP
Suffolk will be sending Cameron SinopoliVijay SakuruJake ZirlinChristopher Sinopoli and Ryan Mollica to represent the blue-and-gold at the Bill Detrick Invitational.  

SUFFOLK'S SCHEDULE
The Rams are set to return to the Constitution State next weekend, April 12-13, for the Hartford Spring Invitational at the Tumble Brook Country Club.
