2022 SUFFOLK MEN'S GOLF ROSTER

BOSTON – Suffolk men's golf will have a pair of rookies on its roster in 2022-23 as James Rooney and Christopher Sinopoli join the Rams, head coach Ken DiMaggio announced.

Rooney, a junior from Stoughton, Massachusetts, and Sinopoli, a freshman from Marlborough, Massachusetts, will both begin their collegiate careers at Suffolk.

The pair joins a core group of six veterans, including Sinopoli's brother, captain Cameron Sinopoli, that played their way in the CCC Championship a year ago. Led by first-year coach DiMaggio, Suffolk looks to not only earn one of the four spots to play for a league title, but improve upon its third-place performance from 2022.

Suffolk's first action of 2022 is set for this weekend Sept. 10-11 at the Ralph Myhre Golf Club in Middlebury, Vermont, for the Duke Nelson Invitational.
