BOSTON – Suffolk men's basketball snapped its three-game skid in convincing fashion as the Rams ran past Curry, 102-52, in a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) contest at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Suffolk broke out to a 30-15 lead at the midway point of the first frame and kept its foot on the gas pedal over the final 10 minutes before half time to sit in front, 62-25 after 20 minutes of action in Boston.  

The Rams continued to control the momentum in the second stanza to not only walk away with the victory, but make it a 50-point triumph.  

STATISTICALLY SPEAKING

• Nate Hale anchored the scoring attack that saw contributions for every Ram. The grad student shot 7-for-10 from the field, including 3-for-5 from 3-point range. He added five rebounds, two assists and one steal to a well-balanced stat line. 
• Keenan Robertson did not miss from the field. The freshman went 4-for-4 from the floor and 4-for-4 at the line to finish with 12 points to go along with three caroms and one helper. 
• Aidan Sullivan also did not have a miscue in shooting as the junior went 4-for-4 to supply 11 points. He chipped in five boards, four dimes and one takeaway as well. 
• William Rowe recorded 10 points, three rebounds and one assist to round out the quartet of Rams in double figures. 
• As a team, Suffolk shot 58.0 percent (40-69) from the floor, 38.5 percent (10-26) from 3-point range and 75.0 percent (12-16) from the charity stripe. 
• Suffolk outrebound the Colonels, 55-27. 

NOTEWORTHY

• Suffolk scored 100-plus points for the fourth time this season. 
• The Rams four 100 point games are the most in a single season since the 1984-85 eclipsed the 100-point mark four times. 
• The blue-and-gold bested the Colonels for the sixth straight game to move to 32-7 all-time in the series. 
• Suffolk is 1-5 when hosting Curry. 
• The Rams remain unbeaten versus Curry in the Jeff Juron era. 
• Suffolk scored 100-plus points against Curry for the sixth time, first since a 105-53 victory against the Colonels March 13, 2021. 
• Devin Dzikas grabbed a career-high five caroms. 
• Abdulahi Aden matched a personal-best three points. 
• Jack McDonnell etched a new career-best in rebounds (5), assists (3) and blocks (1). 
• Liam Cunnie rewrote a new personal-high in points (8).
