For the second consecutive week Suffolk Men's Basketball players Mike Gibbons (Ringwood, NJ) and Matt Pepdjonovic (Quincy, MA) earned recognition by the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC), as both players were selected to the GNAC's Weekly Honor Roll. Sophomore Meghan Black (Roslindale, MA) of the Women's Basketball team was also named to the Honor Roll.

Gibbons finished the week averaging 20 points in the Rams two games as he has now connected on 23 3-point field goals in 5 games to start the year. The sophomore guard hit seven 3-point field goals on Tuesday night, scoring 27 in the Rams 73-71 win over Salve Regina. He was named GNAC Player of the Week the previous week.

Pepdjonovic posted his third double-double in 4 games in Tuesday's 73-71 win over Salve Regina, scoring 13 points to go along with 17 rebounds. He scored the game deciding basket with a little over a minute left in the game, and then had a key blocked shot with :21 seconds remaining as the Rams held on to victory. He was named GNAC Rookie of the Week the previous week.

Meghan Black had 15 points and 9 rebounds in the Rams 66-60 victory over Colby-Sawyer on Tuesday, it was the Rams lone contest of the week.
