RAMS RUNDOWN
Thanks to a three-game win streak, Suffolk takes a 15-12 overall mark and 4-4 CCC record into Tuesday's action.

The Rams have scored 22 runs this season on 256 hits, including 93 for extra bases. As a team the blue-and-gold bats are hitting .273 with a .396 on-base percentage. The upperclassmen trio of Jonny Gilbride (39 H, 33 RBI, 35 R), Harry Painter (35 H, 33 RBI, 28 R) and Garret Roberts (35 H, 19 RBI, 29 R) lead the way offensively.

Suffolk has had a hectic stretch of games with six games over the last week and three in the last two days. The usual starting suspects have all seen time over the last couple of outings, which leaves the bull of Patrick Desmond (14.1 IP, 21 K), John McDevitt (12.1 IP, 9 Ks) as options, with the possibility of Gregory Kaufmann (16.1 IP, 15K).

GET TO KNOW THE GULLS
Endicott saw its perfect CCC season end on Saturday as it split a double feature with Roger Williams. The Gulls, who have been No. 1 on the d3baseball.com charts since making a program debut there March 19, 2024 is 24-2 overall and 9-1 against conference counterparts.

The Gulls have put up 223 runs through 26 games with 258 hits behind a .305 team average. Like Suffolk, Endicott has three bats with 30-plus hits in Nicolas Notarangelo (30), TJ Liponis (31) and Danny MacDougall (30). Notarangelo has brought in a team-high 28 runs and scored 22 himself, while Joe Frammartino, who has 29 hits, has scored 28 runs and plated 25. MacDougall has scored a team-best 30 times.

Endicott's staff has combined for an impressive 2.92 ERA. Charlie Hale (29.0 IP, 0.93 ERA, 35 Ks), who started against Suffolk in the foes first meeting this season and Nicholas Cannata (27.0 IP, 2.00 ERA, 24 Ks) are the most well-rested starters for the Gulls. Kyan Bagshaw (19.0 IP, 2.37 ERA, 28 Ks, 3 saves), Will Fox (9.0 IP, 5.00 ERA, 11 Ks) and Evan Scully (14.0 IP, 1.93 ERA, 21 Ks, 2 saves) have been Endicott's closers this year.
