Mind-Wise Mentoring Tuesday, April 11

BOSTON – Join Suffolk Athletics for Mind-Wise Mentoring with Madeline Barlow, PhD, Tuesday, April 11 at 12:15 p.m. at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court in the basement of the Ridgeway Building.

Barlow, a lifelong swimmer, developed the Mind-Wise Method, which is tailored to each individual, for a variety of individuals:

  • For the former athlete who is looking for more out of life and feels held back by outdated beliefs, negative patterns, and the energy of past experiences or emotions
  • For the highly sensitive and empathic athlete who is ready to step into their true self and transform their sensitivity into a superpower
  • For the person who is ready to cut the chord that ties their self-worth to their performance or accolades (in sport, school or career)
  • Or the individual who wants to drop the weight of comparison and perfection to make room for ALL THAT IS MEANT FOR YOU in this life

The hour-long workshop will be geared for members of Ram Nation to get tips and tricks to design a program for themselves.

Questions regarding the vent can be directed to Associate Director of Athletics Adam Skaggs at adam.skaggs@suffolk.edu. For more information on Mind-Wise Mentoring and Madeline Barlow, click here
