BOSTON – For the first time in the 2021-22 Ram of the Week Twitter Poll a victor took the vote by a landslide. Ram of the Week is a weekly award presented every Monday to one of Suffolk student-athlete from competing teams for their performances over a seven-day stretch.
AND THE WINNER IS …
Sarah Mezini of Suffolk women's tennis accumulated 56 percent of the poll's 30 votes en route to collecting her first Ram of the Week honors.
Despite a difficult week for the team, the graduate student was able to prevail 2-0 in No. 1 singles matches, while splitting her doubles matches as part of the top tandem in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) contests against Western New England and Endicott, respectively.
#RamNation another fall weeks in the books, which means its time to pick another Ram of the Week
