Rheaume Tabbed GNAC All-Tournament Team

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Stephanie Rheaume of Suffolk volleyball represented the Rams on the GNAC All-Tournament Team, which was officially released following the championship contest Saturday, Nov. 9 at Johnson & Wales' Wildcat Center.

Rheaume, a junior transfer from Newbury, produced 12 kills on a .375 hitting percentage, three blocks, one assist and one dig in Suffolk's semifinal run.

In the Rams' first home playoff match since 2005, and second in program history, Rheaume recorded seven digs, hitting .357, and knocked down three blocks at the net to help fourth-seeded Suffolk sweep fifth-seeded Colby Sawyer. The win marked the blue-and-gold's first-ever home playoff triumph in program history.

Two days later when Suffolk ventured to top-seeded Johnson & Wales, Rheaume had five kills, one handout and one dig to her credit against the No. 21 Wildcats.
