Volleyball Rolls to 3-1 Victory Over Curry College

The Suffolk University Women's Volleyball team posted a 3-1 victory over Curry College on Thursday evening in non-conference action at the Regan Gymnasium.

Sophomore Tori Brillaud (North Andover, Mass.) lead the offense as she collected a team-high 14 kills on the evening for the Rams, while also leading Suffolk on defense with 10 kills.

Senior Jennifer Duston (Nashua, N.H.) also recorded six service aces and had 18 setting assists for the Rams, who improve to a 10-15 overall mark on the 2012 season.

The Rams won the first two sets with relative ease as they posted scores of 25-17 and 25-14. Curry would take game three by a 25-21 margin before the Rams closing things out with a 25-13 victory in game four.

Sophomore Kathryn Babb (Manchester, N.H.) posted eight kills on the night, two service aces and also led the Rams with two solo blocks, while senior Hannah Davis (Haverhill, Mass.) also had eight kills and a team-high three solo blocks.

Suffolk will be back in action on Saturday afternoon as they host Johnson & Wales University in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action beginning at 1:00pm in the Regan Gymnasium.
