BOSTON – Suffolk women's indoor track & field senior captain Emma Weisse is taking her talents to Boston University's David Henry Valentine Invite Friday, Feb. 14 to compete in the 5000.

LAST TIME OUT 
Suffolk women's indoor track & field participated at the Panther Invitational, hosted by Plymouth State, over the weekend. The Rams finished 13th in a field of 14 with nine team points, which featured five GNAC programs.

WEISSE WAYS
Emma Weisse is set for a competitive 5K field at Boston University Friday afternoon. Along with top schools like Auburn, Boston College, UConn, Colorado, Florida State, NC State, UNC, Syracuse, Villanova and Virginia, Suffolk's senior captain will also be racing Olympic Medalist and World Champion Jenny Simpson. 

QUALIFYING QUEST
Emma Weisse looks to not only earn her place at New Englands, but is hoping to seal her spot at the national stage in the event.  

WHAT'S AHEAD?
Weisse and the Rams are ready for the inaugural GNAC Indoor Track & Field Championships set for this Sunday, Feb. 16. The event, which will be held at Boston University, is scheduled for a 10 a.m.
