BOSTON – The Suffolk women's basketball wraps up its second straight three-game week Saturday, Feb. 3 as the Rams make the short trip to Mount Ida. Game time is set for 1 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
Georgia Bourikas notched her 1,000th career point as the Suffolk women's basketball team cruised past Anna Maria, 92-57, Thursday night inside Regan Gymnasium to remain unbeaten versus the AMCATs all-time.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk sealed up its third consecutive campaign with 15 wins or more Thursday night as the Rams improved to 15-5 overall thanks to its 92-57 victory over Anna Maria. The win improved the blue-and-gold to 8-3 in conference contests, which puts the Rams in fourth place in the league standings. 

Georgia Bourikas, who has anchored Suffolk's 70.0 ppg offense this season with 14.2 ppg, put away her 1,000th career point Thursday night to solidify her spot in the Rams' record books. Jenni-Rose DiCecco has also been a consistent contributor offensively for the blue-and-gold this year with the rookie registering 14.1 ppg. 

Alexis Hackett, who rounds out the trio of Suffolk players in double digits with 10.6 ppg, averages a double-double effort as the sophomore leads the way on the glass with 10.3 rpg. Bourikas and Jordan Hipwell each add 6.5 rpg to the Rams' 41.9 rpg total.

MUSTANGS MENTIONABLES
Mount Ida remains unbeaten in front of its home crowd Thursday as the Mustangs took down Saint Joseph (Conn.), 70-62, to improve to 12-8 overall and 5-6 in league action. 

Valerie Martin leads the Mustangs on each end of the hardwood as the sophomore puts together a 16.0 ppg and 8.6 rpg average. Breanna Muir sits second on the squad offensively with 11.2 ppg with the senior guard adding 3.5 rpg on the glass. Imani Bumpus pitches in on both sides of the ball as well with 9.8 ppg and 5.3 rpg to her credit. 

As a team, Mount Ida racks up 66.7 ppg and brings down 39.0 rpg. 

WE MEET AGAIN
The blue-and-gold and the Mustangs will tip-off for the second time this season after all five starters for the Rams notched double figures as the Suffolk women's basketball team took down Mount Ida, 84-61, inside Regan Gymnasium, in the rivals first bout Dec. 2.

Suffolk kept its unbeaten record versus the Mustangs in tack Dec. 2 when the Rams improved to 14-0 all-time in the series.

BOURIKAS BREAKDOWN
Georgia Bourikas worked her way into the Rams' record book with her 1,000th-point Thursday night, becoming the 14th Ram to do so in women's basketball history and first sinceIliana Quadri accomplished the feat in 2014. 

Along the way, the senior co-captain has written her name on multiple scoring lists she sits fourth in three-point field goals made (133) and 10th in free throws made (202). Fans can also find the Hull, Massachusetts, products name on the all-time assists list (8th; 200) and all-time blocks list (10th; 40). 

Bourikas has another chance to make history as well, as the 5-foot-8 guard looks to become just the 10th Ram to score 1000th points and pull down 500 rebounds with the fine arts major currently holding 487 career caroms. 

100 GAMES
Georgia Bourikas and Alexandra Nagri each laced up their sneakers in their 100th-career games Thursday night. The pair became just the 18th and 19th players in Suffolk women's basketball history to compete in 100 or more games as a Ram.

Suffolk remains on the road as it looks to avenge its 82-79 setback to Saint Joseph's (Maine) Tuesday, Feb. 6 when the Rams visit the Monks for a 6 p.m. clash.
