The Wartburg College Knights handed the Suffolk University Baseball team thier fifth straight loss to start the 2014 season on Monday with a 14-8 victory in Auburndale, Florida.

Junior DJ Utley (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) finished a triple shy of the cycle as his 4-for-5 day with four RBI helped pace a 16 hit Knights' attack in the victory.

With one out Utley struck out but reached first base on a passed ball on the third strike. Senior Joe Grote (Kenyon, Mich.) would knock in the game's first runs with a two run double to deep center before freshman Tyler Mougin (Walford, Iowa) knocked in another run with a base hit and junior Jackson Litterer (Waverly, Iowa) capped the inning off with a run scoring double to right.

Utley would hit a two run homer to left center in the sixth inning and then later drive in a pair of runners as part of a three run eighth inning with his second double of the game.
