Teamwork, discipline, time management and leadership are some of the key skills our students are gaining from their time at Suffolk. The proof is in our results. 

Suffolk women's cross country burst onto the CCC scene in 2021 and captured the conferenc crown. They repeated that performance in 2022 and look to threepeat in 2023.
The men finished as the league's runner-up in back-to-back conference championships and aim to capture its first team conference title this year.

 
 		  
WHY DOES CROSS COUNTRY NEED MY HELP?

Your gift to Suffolk men's and women's cross country supports the programs in a variety of ways. It is applied to the costs of equipment, recruiting, travel, and everything in between so the coaching staff can run the program efficiently. It helps our student-athletes have the best experience possible.

HOW WILL I MAKE AN IMPACT?

Donations from alumni, parents and friends are necessary for the program to be successful. With your support, the Rams are working to fulfill the commitments to winning, personal success and well-being of our student-athletes and the Suffolk University community.
