COURSE MAPS
RESULTS & HISTORY
- 2021 was the first year that the NCAA Division III East Regional was hosted after the July 2021 decision by the NCAA DIII Men's and Women's Track & Field and Cross Country Committee, as well as the Division III Championships Committee, approved a 10-region realignment model for cross country, which will effective on Sept. 1, 2021
- It will be the second straight season the race will be competed at the Hopkinton Fairgrounds in Hopkinton, N.H.

ENTRY PROCEDURE
- All entries will be made via Direct Athletics
- Entries will close at 5:00 p.m. EST Sunday, Nov. 10
- Entries received after the deadline and up until 5:00 p.m. EST Tuesday, Nov. 12 will be considered late entries and must be approved by the Track and Field and Cross Country Committee
- A late fine will be assessed $400 per team/gender
- No entries will be received after this deadline -- Tuesday, Nov. 12 at 5:00 p.m. EST
START BOXES
PACKET PICKUP
- Packets will be available to be picked up Friday, Nov. 15 from 1:30 p.m.-4 p.m. in the administrative tent
LIVE COVERAGE
PHOTOGRAPHY
- Photographers will be on site and will provide coverage for all competing institutions
- Pictures will be digitally sent to all athletic communication contacts from every school
RESULTS
- Lancer Timing will provide lives results & splits online
- Official results will be printed and available at the main tent near the finish line following the completion of each event
ATHLETIC TRAINER
- Suffolk University will provide trainers
- They will be located in the medical tent adjacent to the finish line
- Each team is responsible for bringing a fully-stocked medical kit along with insurance and emergency contact information
PARKING
- Team buses and vehicles will be inside the grounds through the dirt driveway
- Handicap parking will be 539 Park Ave, Hopkinton, NH for a $10 fee
- Spectator parking is located at 409 Park Ave, Hopkinton, NH for a $10 fee
NCAA AUTOMATIC QUALIFIERS
- Only the top team finisher from each regional site with earn an automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA DIII Championship
- 10 automatic qualifiers will be awarded on Saturday, Nov. 16
- 22 At-Large team bids will be handed out on Sunday, Nov. 17 at 3:00 p.m. on NCAA.com
- Top 7 individuals from each regional (70) total not on a qualifying team will earn a bid
- Both the 22 at-large bids and individual bids will be announced on Sunday, Nov. 17 around/no later than 3:00 p.m. on NCAA.com

ALL-REGION
- There are two all-region teams -- one given by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) and one given by DIII New England Association
USTFCCCA ALL-EAST REGION
- This is awarded to the top 35 finishers at all 10 region sites
- This will be announced Monday, Nov. 18 via the USTFCCCA
- This is awarded to student-athlete's whos coach is a member of the USTFCCCA
DIII NEW ENGLAND ASSOCIATION ALL-NEW ENGLAND
- TOP 40 men and women will earn All-New England
- Top 20 finishers from the East Region
- All schools are in the New England region so it will go to the top finishers no matter what
- Top 20 New England student-athletes in the Mid-East Region
- Will go to the top 20 student-athletes from a New England program
- For example, if a student-athlete from a New York School finishers in the top 10 at hte Mid-East Regional, that person will be skipped and it will go to the next New England School
- Medals will be awarded on race day, Saturday, Nov. 16
