BOSTON – The Suffolk volleyball team is set for its home opener Tuesday, Sept. 11 when the Rams entertain Pine Manor inside Regan Gymnasium at 7 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
The Suffolk volleyball team wrapped up action in the MIT Invitational Saturday afternoon with a straight set loss to Colby at MIT's Center Court. The Rams fell by set scores, 25-19, 25-21 and 25-17.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk fell in straight sets in each of its three matches at the MIT Invitational to sit 0-3 on the year. 

Hannah Fabiano's 2.63 kps attack leads the way for the Rams offensively with Kayla Barbera and Chidera Nwanko adding 1.78 kps and 1.00 kps, respectively. In her new role, Talia Lombardo has handled setting responsibilities with 5.78 assists per set to go along with a team-leading 0.44 aces per set from the service line.

Defensively, Dakhensey Marcellus has taken on the majority of the work load, with 3.44 dps to her credit. Bridget Allison has contributed as well with 1.89 dps.

GET TO KNOW THE GATORS
Over its opening weekend Pine Manor was swept by SUNY Delhi and Fisher to bring a 0-2 mark into Tuesday's tilt. 

The Gators have produced 1.17 kills per set, 1.00 assist per set and served 0.67 aces per set over their pair of matches.
