The Suffolk University Volleyball team swept a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) doubleheader over the weekend at Albertus Magnus College.

Suffolk topped the host Falcons by a 3-0 score before closing out the afternoon with a 3-2 victory over Saint Joseph's College (Me.).

Freshman Krista Iacobucci (Rocky Hill, Conn.) finished the day with a combined 23 kills as Suffolk jumps to a 2-0 record in GNAC play and 6-9 overall mark.

Iacobucci was one of three Suffolk players to record three service aces in the opener to go along with her game-high 10 kills as Suffolk swept all three sets over the Falcons. Junior Katie Matatall (Danville, N.H.) posted 20 digs on the defensive side for the Rams, who won by scores of 25-18, 25-21 and 25-16.
