BOSTON – The Suffolk women's tennis concludes a season-opening three-match homestand Monday, Sept. 9 when it entertains Roger Williams at the Belmont Hill School. First serve is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
The Suffolk women's tennis team fell in its GNAC debut, 8-1, to Colby Sawyer Saturday afternoon at the Belmont Hill School.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk has yet to find the win column this year as it has fallen to Wentworth, 6-3, and Colby Sawyer, 8-1. 

The blue-and-gold has seen a pair of blue-and-gold record a singles victories this season. Suffolk's ace Ilda Ascic boasts a 1-1 records, while freshman Alyssa Blade sports the best ledger with a 2-0 mark exclusively on court five.  

In doubles, sophomore co-captains Ascic and Kendall Smith are the only tandem to produce a win and sit 1-1 on the year.   

HAVE TO KNOW 'BOUT THE HAWKS
Roger Williams is off to a hot start with a pair of 9-0 sweeps over Simmons and Worcester State.  

Alessia Cahoon has played primarily as the Hawks' ace this season and has partnered up with Heidi Martin as the top doubles team.
