BOSTON – Suffolk women's tennis' regular season finale features the Sharks of Simmons visiting North Reading High School Saturday, Oct. 14 for a 10 a.m. first serve.

SENIORS SALUTE
Prior to first serve Saturday morning, Suffolk will honor the playing careers of its two graduating seniors, co-captains Jacquelyn Nakamura and Isabel Rathlev.
With Nakamura and Rathlev in the lineup, Suffolk has produced a 34-25 overall record and a 17-4 mark against conference competition throughout the last four years. The pair have helped the Rams to three GNAC semifinals runs and look to anchor the blue-and-gold back to GNAC glory this season.
Individually, Nakamura has comprised a singles record of 13-12 to go along with a doubles mark of 18-13. Rathlev, meanwhile, shined in doubles play, putting together a mark of 31-14.
When the two teamed up in doubles action throughout their careers, they combined for an 11-5 record on courts two and three.
LAST TIME OUT
Johnson & Wales blanked Suffolk women's tennis, 9-0, at Centre Courts Wednesday afternoon as the Rams wrapped up its six-match road swing.

RAMS RUNDOWN
With one match remaining, Suffolk is in a tie for third in the league standings with Simmons with an identical 3-2 conference record. Overall, Suffolk stands at 7-5.
Throughout the season Delaney Dunlap has held down the ace position for the blue-and-gold with the junior mirroring the team's 7-5 record in singles action. Danlyn Medou has the most consistent racquet for the Rams as the sophomore sports an 8-3 ledger in the lower end of the ladder.
On the doubles court, the partnership of Dunlap and Keely Hardy lead the way with a 6-2 mark on courts one (0-1) and two (6-1).
SHARKS SAYINGS
Simmons (8-5, 3-2 GNAC) bounced back from a 9-0 setback to Johnson & Wales with an out of league 7-2 win at Smith to prep for Saturday's showdown at Suffolk.
Jessica Schroedl and Nickie Nguyen have each played as the Sharks ace this season. Schroedel is 3-6 in the top spot, while Nugyen is 2-0. Overall, Nguyen sports an even 5-5 record. Celia Speth brings in the best singles record at 8-3 playing in the lower half of the lineup.
In doubles, the team of Marissa Johnson and Nguyen sit 5-6 including a 2-0 mark as Simmons' top tandem.
INSIDE THE SERIES
- Since 2000, Suffolk has met Simmons 23 times and trails the all-time series 2-21.
- The Rams only victories over the Sharks came back-to-back in the 2007 season with a 5-4 thriller and 6-3 decision.
- The Sharks have shutout the blue-and-gold five times with the last Simmons cleansheet over Suffolk coming in 2013.
