RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk swept its second-straight NEHC weekend to extend its win streak to four and move to 14-6-1 overall and 9-2-1 in league outings, good for 21 points and second place in the standings.

The Rams hold the second-most powerful offense in the league with 2.95 ppg led by a pair of 20-plus point producers in Tess Adams and Shana Cote. The duo are two of six Suffolk scorers who have eclipsed the double-digit point plateau in the inaugural season of Suffolk women's hockey. Adams' stat line features a team-best 14 goals, good for second in the league, and 13 assists for 27 points, which puts the senior as the second-best scoring threat in the conference with 1.29 ppg. Cote, meanwhile, sits atop the team and second in the league in handouts with 15 to go along with eight goals for 23 points, the most for a rookie skater in the league, and tied for fourth-most overall. The Rams' freshman from Broomfield, Colorado, also has potted four game-winners, good for a share for the top in the conference.

In net, Kristen Caporusso had backstopped Suffolk to each of its 14 victories. The sophomore goaltender brings in league-leading numbers between the pipes as well sitting second in GAA (1.55) and winning percentage (.725) and third in save percentage (.935).

HAVE TO KNOW 'BOUT THE HUSKIES
Southern Maine slipped to 7-9-5 on the season after tying Salem State (3-3) and falling to then-No. 6/4 Norwich (6-1) last weekend. The Huskies head into the weekend in fifth place in the conference with a 4-5-3 league ledger.

USM's 37-goal offense is powered by the trio of Rylie Binnette, Jensen Hamblett and Katie Nolan. Binnette leads the charge with seven goals and five helpers for a team-best 12 points. Hamblett and Nolan, meanwhile, have each recorded 11 points. Hamblett's stat line comes off a team-high nine assists and two strikes, while Nolan has found the back of the net a squad-best eight times and set-up three shots.

Britney Evangelista and Whitney Padgett team up as the top netminders in the league when it comes to save percentage. Evanglista sports a .943 mark, while Padgett brings in a .937 save percentage. In GAA, the former is fourth in the league at 2.02 goals allowed per game and Padgett is fifth at 2.19 goals given up per contest.
