BOSTON – The Suffolk women's basketball team will cap off its home schedule Tuesday, Feb. 12 when it welcomes cross town and GNAC rival Emmanuel to Regan Gymnasium. The 5 p.m. tip-off opens a Suffolk basketball doubleheader with the men's team taking on Lasell in the closer at 7 p.m.

DOUBLEFEATURE
For the third and final time in the regular-season, the Suffolk basketball teams will partake in a doubleheader. This year the women's team is 1-1 when playing on the same day as the men's squad inside Regan Gymnasium.
LAST TIME OUT
The Suffolk women's basketball team kept Colby Sawyer's comeback at bay to take down the Chargers, 63-54, Saturday afternoon at the Dan & Kathleen Hogan Sports Center.

STANDINGS SITUATION
Suffolk enters the final week of the regular-season 9-1 against conference counterparts, which puts the Rams in a tie with Emmanuel for second place in the league standings.
RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk ran its win streak to four Saturday behind a 63-54 victory at Colby Sawyer to move to 18-5 on the year and 9-1 in league action.
Jenni-Rose DiCecco has been crucial to the Rams' success. The floor general anchors the blue-and-gold's 67.2 ppg offense with 17.7 ppg and 4.3 apg. The sophomore adds 5.7 rpg and 2.7 spg to the defensive unit, which grabs 40.5 rpg as a team.
Alexis Hackett has been a consistent contributor on both sides of the ball as the junior averages 11.5 ppg and 11.4 rpg. Allie Lopes (9.6 ppg) and Marissa Gudauskas (9.2 ppg) add sparks to the offense as well.
SAINTS SAYINGS
Emmanuel heads into Tuesday's tilt with an identical 18-5 overall mark and a 9-1 conference record after returning to the win column Saturday behind an 83-42 decision at Saint Joseph (Conn.). Like Suffolk, the Saints lone league loss came to Saint Joseph's (Maine), 79-69, Feb. 5.
The Saints put together the most powerful offense in the league with 82.5 ppg. The trio of Yuleska Ramirez-Tejeda (20.4 ppg), Maddie McLaughlin (13.5 ppg) and Kayla Weaver (13.2 ppg) are the main ingredient to the offensive output.
Ramirez-Tejeda leads the way on the glass for Emmanuel as well as the junior guard grabs 11.1 rpg. Caitlin Cipriano supplies 6.4 rpg and Mary McCarthy provides 5.7 rpg to help the Saints pull down the second-most caroms per outing (48.3 rpg).
INSIDE THE SERIES
- The Suffolk, Emmanuel series is one of the most heated battles on the Rams' schedule, dating back to 1995.
- Despite the history, the Saints hold a commanding series lead, 29-2.
- Suffolk returned to the win column against its cross-town, conference rival last season when the Rams took down the Saints, 73-68, in the GNAC Semifinals Feb. 22, 2018.
