BOSTON – The Suffolk women's basketball team wraps up its 35th regular season Saturday, Feb. 17 as the Rams entertain Saint Joseph (Conn.) at Regan Gymnasium. Prior to the 1 p.m. tip, the Rams will honor the playing careers of its senior co-captains Georgia Bourikas and Alexandra Nagri.

SENIOR SALUTE
Suffolk women's basketball Class of 2018 has been crucial to the program's success over the last four seasons. Through 63 victories, 39 of which came against GNAC foes, the pair of Georgia Bourikas and Alexandra Nagri have combined for 1748 points, 675 rebounds, 419 assists and 217 steals.
They have been main ingredients to four consecutive conference postseason appearances and a trip to the ECAC Tournament as sophomores in 2015-16.
The co-captains have also been involved in the longest win streak (10) since 2000-1, the most conference victories (12-4 in 2016-17) since joining the GNAC ranks in 1995-96 and the most wins (18-6, 2017-18) since 2012-13.
Individually, Bourikas is scattered throughout the Rams' record book as the 10th Ram with 1000 points and 500 rebounds and became the first Suffolk women's basketball player to be tabbed national player of the week by the USBWA, earning the honor Dec. 12. The pair made history together, becoming the 18th and 19th Rams, respectively, to play in 100 career games in a Suffolk uniform Feb. 1.
LAST TIME OUT
The Suffolk women's basketball team closed its regular-season road schedule in winning fashion with a convincing 52-37 victory over Rivier at Muldoon Gymnasium.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk (18-6, 11-4 GNAC) put together its 18th victory Tuesday night as it improved to 18-6 overall and 11-4 in conference contests.
The Rams have relied on the trio of Georgia Bourikas, Jenni-Rose DiCecco and Alexis Hackett to secure the most wins since 2012-13. Bourikas is the team leader in points with 14.1 ppg with DiCecco and Hackett contributing 13.9 ppg and 11.2 ppg, respectively.
Hackett paces the pack on the glass with 10.5 rpg. Bourikas sits second with 6.3 ppg with DiCecco coming in fourth at 5.2 rpg behind Jordan Hipwell's 6.1 rpg.
As a team, Suffolk puts away 68.3 ppg and grabs 41.4 rpg, out rebounding its foes by a 2.8 rpg margin.
BLUEJAYS BREAKDOWN
Saint Joseph has slipped in its last six outings to dip to 8-15 overall and 3-12 in league play. Prior to visiting Beacon Hill Saturday, the Bluejays will face non-conference foe Elms Thursday night.
USJ's 57.6 ppg is paced by 16.3 ppg from senior Kayla Guest. Classmate Rajeen Mayo joins Guest in double figures with 13.2 ppg.
Guest is the leader on the glass as well with 7.5 rpg. Shaniyah Williams chips in 5.4 rpg with Diamond Wallen and Mayo each adding 5.3 rpg.
THE SERIES
Suffolk has taken down USJ in 12 consecutive meetings to hold a 19-2 lead in the all-time series, which dates back to 1997. The Rams defeated the Bluejays, 68-46, in the team's last meeting (Jan. 28, 2017) in Boston.

STANDINGS SITUATION
With one game remaining, Suffolk currently sits tied with Regis in third place with an 11-4 league ledger. With a win Saturday, the Rams will take third as the blue-and-gold wins the head-to-head versus the Pride.
BOURIKAS BREAKDOWN
Georgia Bourikas joined elite company Saturday afternoon. Her sixth rebound in the 75-71 thriller over Regis marked the senior's 500th career board, which made her the 10th Ram in Suffolk women's basketball history to record both 1000 points and 500 rebounds. She is the first player in blue-and-gold to accomplish the feat since Jennifer Ruys '14 did so in 2014.
Bourikas became the 14th player to join the 1,000 point club Feb. 1 and first Ram to knock down 1000 points since Iliana Quadri'14 in 2014.
The co-captain is currently on multiple scoring lists as she sits third in three-point field goals made (140) and ninth in free throws made (214). Fans can also find the Hull, Massachusetts native's name on the all-time assists list (8th; 210).
WHAT'S NEXT?
Suffolk awaits the seeding of the 2018 GNAC Tournament. If the Rams finish in the top four, they will host the quarterfinals Tuesday, Feb. 20 inside Regan Gymnasium.
