BOSTON – The Suffolk women's basketball team takes its win streak on the road for non-conference action as the Rams visit Fitchburg State for a 7 p.m. clash.

LAST TIME OUT
All five starters for the Rams notched double figures as the Suffolk women's basketball team took down Mount Ida, 84-61, inside Regan Gymnasium Saturday afternoon.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk has strung three wins together, defeating Curry, 72-57, Lasell, 57-36, and Mount Ida, 84-61, to take a 5-2 record into Thursday's tilt. 

The Rams' 66.7 ppg is led by freshman Jenni-Rose DiCecco's 13.3 ppg with Georiga Bourikas also producing double digits with 12.0 ppg. Alexis Hackett is on the verge of averaging double figures with 9.9 ppg and Jordan Hipwell is also consistent offensively with 8.9 ppg. 

Defensively, Hackett provides a team-high 11.1 rpg to pave Suffolk's team 42.0 rpg. Hipwell and DiCecco add 5.6 rpg, and 5.0 rpg, respectively, to the effort.

FALCONS FACTS
Similar to Suffolk, Fitchburg State is also on a three-game streak, but the Falcons are on the losing side as they fell in their last three games including a 94-80 setback to the Rams' conference counterpart Mount Ida. 

Collectively, the Falcons drop 79.4 ppg and see a trio of players in double figures. Angelina Marazzi's 15.5 ppg ranks first on the team with Mikaela Mitchell's 13.0 ppg coming in second and Mikala Malboeuf rounding out the top three with 12.9 ppg. 

Michaela McTomney's 8.0 rpg anchors Fitchburg State's 48.9 rpg. Mitchell pitches in 6.5 rpg with Malboeuf and Jaliannette Marquez each contribute 5.0 rpg.

THE SERIES
Suffolk and Fitchburg State renew a rivalry, which dates back to 1979. The Rams and Falcons will meet for the first time since 2015 when the blue-and-gold took down FSU 66-30. Overall, Suffolk trails the all-time series, 7-4.

ROOKIE RECOGNITION
Jenni-Rose DiCecco added multiple weekly rookie accolades to her growing resume after averaging 14.7 ppg, 7.0 rpg, 4.7 rpg and 3.0 spg in a 3-0 week for the Rams. For her efforts, she was named both the GNAC Corvias Rookie of the Week and the NEWBA Rookie of the Week.

RECORD WATCH
Georgia Bourikas looks to stamp her name in the Rams' record book this season. The senior is just 195 points shy of the coveted 1,000-point milestone. The guard from Hull, Massachusetts also looks to move her current fourth-place standing on the all-time treys made list with 115 up, while she also has the chance to seal up spots on the all-time assists (165) and blocks (29) list.
