DOUBLE FEATURE
For the third time this season, Suffolk's basketball teams will partake in a double header. The women's squad gets the action going at 5 p.m. versus Albertus Magnus with the men's team hosting the Falcons in the nightcap at 7:15 p.m.

Both of the Rams' squads are 1-1 this season when playing the same day inside Regan Gymnasium with each team winning the last outing. The women's team defeated Johnson & Wales in a one-point thriller, 61-60, while the men's team took down Norwich, 61-52.

LAST TIME OUT

RUNDOWN ON THE RAMS
With its win over Albertus Magnus, Suffolk moved into a tie with Emmanuel for first-place in the GNAC South Standings with a 4-1 league ledger and a 9-5 overall record.

The Rams' offense, which has been firing on all cylinders as of late, ranks second in the standings amongst conference schools at 66.7 ppg. The blue-and-gold does not rely heavily on one standout superstar rather a well-balanced effort that is paced by a twosome of seniors in Georgia Bourikas (10.9 ppg) and Kesley Schiebel (10.4 ppg).

Suffolk also sits second in the conference defensively with 44.8 rpg. Caitlyn Caramello and Katelyn Rourke lead the way on the glass for the Rams, pulling down 7.3 rpg and 7.2 rpg, respectively.

MUSTANGS MUST KNOW
Mount Ida rides a three-game skid into Saturday, which put the Mustangs at 3-9 on the year and 0-4 against conference competition.

The Mustangs' offense produces 56.1 ppg and is led by Brittany Crosby's 10.8 ppg. Defensively, Mt. Ida grabs 42.3 rpg, but is being outrebounded by its opponents by a 3.3 margin. Angelique Martinez paces not only the Mustangs, but the league with 13.6 boards per outing.

THE SERIES
Since the series began in 2007, Suffolk has not dropped a single meeting to Mt. Ida to lead the all-time series, 11-0.
