BOSTON – The Suffolk women's basketball team looks to extend its win-streak to four straight Tuesday night as the Rams step out of conference play when they visit Curry. The Rams and Colonels are scheduled for a 5:30 p.m. tip-off at Dr. Eleanor Meyerhoff Katz Gymnasium.

LAST TIME OUT
Chelsea Campellone's 14-point, 12-rebound effort helped lift the Suffolk women's basketball team to a 65-62 win at Simmons Saturday as the team opened its 21st season of Great Northeast Athletic Conference Play.
Campellone's double-double was her sixth of the season. The senior converted 6-of-14 attempts from the floor and was 2-of-3 on freebies. Alessandra Quadri notched a game-high 15 points and was 6-o-f13 from the field and dished out five assits.
Suffolk combined to shoot 39.1 percent from the floor and was 12-of-17 at the line. The Rams have now won three straight to set a new winning streak for the season.

RUNDOWN ON THE RAMS
- Suffolk won its third straight Saturday as it took down Simmons, 65-52, to improve to 9-4 on the year. The victory was the first true road win for the Rams this season.
- Suffolk posts the fifth-best offense in the GNAC with 66.0 points per game with a duo of Rams contributing double figures. Chelsea Campellone paces the pack as the senior scores 13.8 points per outing, which ranks 10th in the league. Classmate Alessandra Quadri adds 12.3 ppg.
- Defensively, the Rams pull down 49.0 rebounds per game, the most amongst GNAC schools. Campellone leads the way on the glass with 10.8 boards per game.
CATCH UP ON THE COLONELS
- Curry is coming off a 57-47 victory at Gordon, a win that snapped the Colonels' three-game skid and pushed their record to 5-7 on the year.
- Freshman Guard Emily Irwin paces the Colonels with 11.2 points per game and dishes out 4.8 assists per outing. Senior Christina Deiorio is close behind with 10.8 points per contests, with her classmate Shannon Griffith leading Curry on the glass with 7.6 boards per game.
- As a team, Curry averages 57.2 points per game, shooting 36.8 percent from the field. The Colonels opponents, meanwhile, outscore curry, 63.8 ppg and hold a 5.3 rebounding margin.
CONSISTENT CHELSEA
Chelsea Campellone has been a consistent figure for Suffolk on both ends of the hardwood this season. The senior ranks among the GNAC leaders in several statistical categories including rebounds (10.8 – 2nd), points per 40 minutes (24.1 – 2nd), and points per game (13.8 – 10th). The 5-foot-7 forward has registered six double-doubles on the year, led the Rams in scoring six times and rebounds on seven occasions.

Suffolk returns to the friendly confines of Regan Gymnasium and GNAC competition Saturday, Jan. 16 when the Rams entertain crosstown rival Emmanuel at 1 p.m.
