UNE Routs Softball via Run Rule in Game 2

BIDDEFORD, Maine – Suffolk softball's bats lacked vigor, while the University of New England's struck early and often, which resulted in an 11-0, five-inning Rams setback in the nightcap of a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) double feature Sunday after Nor'Easter Diamond.

THE BASICS
SCORE: Suffolk 0 | University of New England 11
RECORDS: Suffolk (14-6, 5-1 CCC) | University of New England (11-15, 5-3 CCC)

HOW IT HAPPENED
UNE tacked on two runs in the first inning behind a hit by pitch, a walk and three singles.
