BOSTON – Entering its second season in the Will Feldman era, the Suffolk cross country programs announced their 2018 competition slate Tuesday morning with both of the Rams' squads to compete in six meets in the upcoming season.

The six events are scattered across four months with two in September and October, respectively.

The action gets underway on the last day of August as the Rams host Lasell and Newbury in the Suffolk Duels in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. The meet will also serve as a head-to-head match with the Lasers and Nighthawks.

From there, the Rams set their sights on the UMass Dartmouth Invitational Saturday, Sept. 15. A week later the blue-and-gold will travel to Williamstown, Massachusetts for the Purple Valley Classic (Sept. 22).

With half of the season in the books, the Rams will have their final prep before the championship season begins at its own invite Friday, Oct. 12 at Franklin Park.

Two weeks later Suffolk will race for the conference crown as Saint Joseph's (Maine) welcomes its GNAC counterparts to Standish, Maine, Saturday, Oct. 27 for the 2018 championship.

Pending qualifications, Suffolk will go for regional glory Saturday Nov. 10 at the NCAA Regional Championships hosted by Bowdoin in Brunswick, Maine.
