LAST TIME OUT
In its first road contest of the 2019 campaignthe Suffolk men's tennis team took down Albertus Magnus, 6-3, Tuesday night, for its first victory of the season.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk dropped its first three matches of the 2019 campaign before taking down Albertus-Magnus, 6-3, to move to 1-3 on the young season.
Chris Parnagian is the lone Ram with multiple singles victories with the senior going 2-2 from the second spot. Nick Vaillancourt (No. 4; 1-0), Charles Tang (No. 6; 1-1), Hasan Esrawi (No. 6; 1-1), Rami Esrawi (No. 3; 1-3), Ben Bricker (No. 4; 0-1 / No. 5; 1-1), and Davis Alimonte (No. 4; 0-2 / No. 5; 1-1) have also tallied at singles win this season.
In doubles, the tandem of Rami Esrawi and Chris Parnagian sit at 1-0 exclusively in the second spot.
BEACONS BREAKDOWN
After starting the season with an 8-1 victory over Salve Regina the Beacons have faltered in three straight matches to move to 1-3 on the year heading into Thursday's contest.
Nadish Shah has played three matches as the Beacons ace and owns a 1-2 record. Ray Platteel (1-3), who has played in the second, fourth, and fifth spots, played one outing at No. 1 and earned his lone victory in that positon.
Onkgoposte Mokoka (2-1) and Moon Adra (2-0) have been the most successful singles racquets for UMass. Adra has played exclusively on court six, while Mokoka has seen time at three, four, and six.
In doubles, the duo of Roy Platteel and Ray Platteel has been the most successful with a 1-0 record on court one.
INSIDE THE SERIES
- Since 2009, the Rams are tied in the all-time meetings with the Beacons 4-4.
