BOSTON – For the second time this season, Suffolk men's tennis' Ariel Ilarslan Russo was tabbed GNAC Corvias Rookie of the Week, the league office announced. Ilarslan Russo earned the status after going unbeaten as the Rams' ace in a two-match week. 

The Panama product opened the week with a 6-3, 6-1 decision over Salem State's Andrew Muttiah and wrapped up the action with a 6-2, 6-3 conference victory over Regis' Chris Harrow to remain undefeated on the singles court this season. With the pair of wins, the freshman improved to 6-0 in singles play exclusively at the top spot.  

With two weeks remaining in the regular season, Ilarslan Russo and the Rams are back in action Wednesday, April 18 versus Wheelock at 6:30 p.m. at North Reading High School.
