RUNDOWN ON THE RAMS
Suffolk enters the 2015 campaign looking to rebound from a 5-10-2 finish in 2014. The Rams will face three straight non-conference opponents after battling the Eagles, before GNAC play kicks off on Suffolk's home turf Sept. 12 versus Mount Ida.

The Rams return a number of its top point scorers from last season. Ben Daniels enters his junior campaign as the Rams captain following a nine-point contribution from a year ago. The defender found the back of the net three times and dished out three assists in 2014.

In goal, Suffolk will look to the hands of junior Ianis Teixeira and first-year David Haines

EYES ON THE EAGLES
Husson's trip to Boston Tuesday marks the defending Northeast Atlantic Conference Champions 2015 season opener and first-ever meeting with the Rams.

A quartet of double-digit point scorers from the Eagles title team return to the pitch with Phil Frost set to lead the way as the senior paced the squad with 11 goals and 28 points in 2014. Frost's classmates Stephen Berenyi and Cam Libbey, along with junior Josh Bean will also be offensive threats.

Between the goal posts Husson will have a fresh face in either a newcomer or junior Steven Paquette, who only saw action in one game last season.

OPENING ACT
Since 2003, Suffolk is 8-4 in the first game of the season, however, the Rams have dropped back-to-back season openers and look to snap that skid Tuesday afternoon.

PRESEASON POLL POSITION
The Rams, who earned 35 points in the GNAC Preseason Coaches' Poll, were pegged to finished eighth ahead of Rivier (20) and Anna Maria (16). The defending GNAC Champion Johnson & Wales is favored to win the league, with Norwich, Albertus Magnus, Lasell and Mount Ida picked to round out the top five.
