Endicott Edges Out Men’s Hockey, 3-0

BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott, who's receiving votes in the latest USCHO.com Top-15 Poll, kept Suffolk men's hockey off the scoreboard to hand the Rams a 3-0 Commonwealth Coast Conference loss Friday night at Raymond J. Bourque Arena.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Gulls got a 2-0 lead in the first period they would never let go of. Cam Speck scored 2:50 into the action with help from Primo Self and Connor Beatty. Jackston Sterrett lit the lamp just about 12 minutes later to send Suffolk into the first intermission down a pair. 

Endicott added to its advantage with just under three minutes remaining in the second stanza when Ben Jenkinson converted feeds from A.J. Martinelli and James Davenport into the Gulls third goal of the day.  

NETMINDER NOTES

  • CJ Hapward had 44 saves in the setback. 
  • Atticus Kelly produced 24 saves in the victory.
