Men’s Hockey to Salute Troops in Military Appreciation Game Friday, Jan. 24

BOSTON – For the second straight season, Suffolk men's hockey will skate in honor of those who have and are serving the armed forces with a Military Appreciation Game Friday, Jan. 24 against Johnson & Wales at Emmons Horrigan O'Neil Memorial Rink in Charlestown.

In addition to sporting camo jerseys the Rams will skate to recognized family and friends close to the team who have served in the military with a ceremonial puck drop preceding NEHC action between the blue-and-gold and Wildcats.

Prior to their third-jersey game, Suffolk continues its homestay this weekend when No. 5 Hobart and Skidmore stop by Charlestown. The Rams get the weekend going Friday, Jan. 17 against the Statesmen at 7 p.m., with the tilt with the Thoroughbreds slated for Saturday, Jan. 18 at 5 p.m.
