RAMS REVIEW
Suffolk wrapped up its non-conference with a 7-0 setback at then-No. 2 Trinity to move to 4-8-1 on the season. The Rams return to the league slate after a month away and are in search of their first NEHC victory with a 0-5-1 conference mark.

Upperclassmen Brian Brooks and Jack Kelly lead Suffolk's 28-goal offense with each holding seven points. Kelly has found the back of the net a team-high four times with three helpers to his credit as well, while Brooks' stat line mirrors the juniors. Miller Rubin is the top score marker for the Rams with an exclusive six-point stat line of assists to share third on the team in points with Billy Roche (3g, 3a) and Devin Lowe (1g, 5a).

Cal Wilcox will most likely earn the nod in net this weekend. The freshman goalie brings in a 4.89 GAA and a .880 save percentage over eight appearances, seven starts.

CADETS CATCHUP
Norwich opened the New Year at its own Northfield Savings Bank Holiday Tournament where it defeated Assumption, 2-1, and tied Cortland, 2-2, to remain fourth in the latest USCHO.com Coaches Poll and move to 9-2-1 on the year. Conference wise, the Cadets sit 6-1-0, with their lone setback coming to Castleton, 2-1, December 6.

Three different skaters have produced double-digit points through 12 games. Felix Brassard leads the way with 16 points behind a team-high 11 goals and five assists. Maxime Borduas and Coby Downs share second on the squad with identical stat lines of four strikes and six set-ups each.

Tom Auburn has played all nearly every minute in net for Norwich, missing just one through 12 games. He holds a 0.99 GAA and a .959 save percentage.

Nick Gravina and Calvin Moise each have four goals and six set-ups with Troy Taylor's one-marker, team-high nine-helper effort rounding out the foursome.

Brandon Collett is the top netminder in Castleton's three-headed goaltending contingent. The freshman has seen action in 10 games, starting nine, and boasts a 4.40 GAA and .904 save percentage.
