2019-20 SUFFOLK MEN'S HOCKEY ROSTER
BOSTON – Over the off season, head coach Chris Glionna added a dozen to the fold for the 2019-20 Suffolk men's hockey season.
The 12 new faces in blue-and-gold sweaters are all true freshman. The members of Suffolk's Class of 2023 is comprised of national and international talent. Four states are represented in Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts and North Carolina, with one skater from the red, white and blue's neighbor to the north, Canada, Quebec to be exact, and another by way of the Czech Republic. Position wise, the incoming class features seven forwards, a trio of defensemen and two netminders.
"We are very excited with this class," Glionna said. "I feel that several of the freshman will compete for playing time early."
Glionna continued, "I think you could see both Nate (Pickett) and Cal (Wilcox) see significant time in goal trying to fill the role of Michael Levine, who graduated."
