BOSTON – The Suffolk men's hockey team takes its talents to No. 5 Norwich Saturday, Feb. 16 for the NEHC Quarterfinals. Puck drop between the seventh-seeded Rams and the second-seeded Cadets is set for 7 p.m. at Kreitzberg Arena.

Michael Levine made 53 saves in net, but it wouldn't be enough for Suffolk men's hockey at No. 11/13 Hobart as the Rams slipped to the Statesmen, 5-3, in their regular-season finale Saturday night at The Cooler.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk (8-16-0) clinched the seventh seed in the NEHC tournament after producing a 5-13-0 league ledger in its first second in the conference. 

Mikhail Bryan and Jack Kelly provide a one-two punch to the Rams' 68-goal offense. Kelly is the biggest scoring threat with 12 goals to go along with 11 assists for 23 points, good for second on the squad, while Bryan has set-up a team-best 15 goals and scored nine himself to sit atop the team with 24 points.

Michael Levine has been a staple in net for Suffolk. The senior goaltender holds a 3.57 GAA and .899 save percentage over 22 appearances and 21 starts.

CADETS CATCH UP
Norwich, who enters the weekend ranked fifth in the USCHO.com and D3Hockey.com polls, ended the regular-season on a nine-game win streak to lock up the second seed in the conference standings with a 13-4-1 league ledger. Overall, the Cadets are 18-4-3 on the year. 

Over their nine-game win streak, the Cadets have potted 44 of their 86 total goals. Brett Ouderkirk has found the back of the net 13 times, while Felix Brassard and Jordan Hall have scored nine goals and eight goals, respectively. Brassard leads the way in points with 26 thanks to 17 assists. Coby Downs, has dished out a team-high 17 assists to go along with five goals for 23 points, good for third on the team. Ouderkirk's 24 points are good for second on the squad.

Tom Aubrun has handled the bulk of the action in net for the Cadets. He boasts a 1.74 GAA, a .926 save percentage and 15-3-3 record into the postseason battle.

WE MEET AGAIN
Suffolk split its two-game regular-season meetings with Norwich. The Rams shutout the Cadets, 1-0, Dec. 1, 2018, before being defeated by Norwich, 8-1, in Charlestown, Feb. 1.
