Hockey Holds Skills Clinic for Charlestown Youth Hockey

On Monday January 5th the Suffolk University Hockey team held a skills clinic for member of Charlestown Youth Hockey at Emmons Horrigan O'Neil Rink.

The event was run by Assistant Coach John Burgess and other members of the Suffolk coaching staff as well as all players on roster. There were over 100 attendees at the event that was stretched over three sessions. The clinic focused on skills, including puck handling techniques and speed for skating.

Suffolk currently practices in Charlestown as uses the locker room as their home. Suffolk has played two contests this season, both victories in ECAC Northeast play, including a 7-2 victory over Becker College on Gold Rush night which saw over 400 people attend.
