Men’s Golf Takes Links at Rich Korzec Invitational

BOSTON – The Suffolk men's golf team took the course at Blackstone National Tuesday for Worcester State's Rich Korzec Invitational. In the seven-team field, the Rams finished seventh overall with a team score of 353.  

Nichols won the event with a cared of 315 with Western New England finishing in a close second at 319, while invite host Worcester State rounding out the top three with a score of 328.  

Individually, the Rams' squad was paced by Andrew Harper's cared of 84, which was good for 19th overall. Demetrois Stamoulis 86 put the sophomore in 23rd, while Daniel Caissie placed 28th with a score of 90.  

Elias Sachs took 31st to complete Suffolk's competitions.  

The Rams cap off their spring slate this weekend as it concludes the spring series at Wildcat Spring Invitational hosted by Johnson & Wales at Cranston Country Club April 21-22.
