RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk went 5-6 over its eight-day Florida schedule.

As a team, the Rams are hitting .315 anchored by Will Hopkins' .483 average. The sophomore centerfielder has produced one hit in all eight games he has appeared in this season to sit second on the squad with 14 total hits, three of which went for extra bases. Shane Lake is second on the squad in average as the sophomore catcher connects at a .421 rate. His eight hits have brought in four runs. Tim Brigham's bat has produced the most hits (15), half of which are good for extra bases for eight RBI, while lead-off hitter Rich Gilbride has plated the most runs (11) on 13 hits and scored a team-high 11 himself.

Of Suffolk's starters on the hill, Parker Browne and Kevin Sinatra have proved to be the most successful. Browne heads into the week with a staff-best 1.59 ERA over 5.2 innings of work in which the sophomore sat down four batters. Sinatra, meanwhile, is unbeaten on the hill with a 2-0 record behind a 2.57 ERA with five Ks to his credit. The senior southpaw has worked the most frames thus far this season (14.0 IP). Steven Rossi is also undefeated on the bump with a 2-0 record. The freshman has fanned the most hitters (15) in 12.2 innings of action and holds a 3.55 ERA.

EYES ON THE ENGINEERS
All five of MITs contests in 2019 have been played in New England. The Engineers enter Tuesday's tilt 3-2 on the season.

Jared Schwait holds MIT's leading bat as the senior, who hits .467, has a team-best seven hits for four RBI to go along with four runs scored. Alec Kushner (.333), Andrew Krause (.294) and Matt Johnson (.250) are each two hits shy of Schwait's team-leading hit mark.

Patrick Callahan paces the starting pitchers with a 0.90 ERA in two starts. Through his 10.0 innings of work, the senior arm has seven strikeouts. Casey Bussone has fanned the most batters this year with nine strikeouts to his credit over 8.0 innings with a 2.25 ERA. Zack Kopstein is also in the starting rotation and put together a 1.80 ERA in 5.0 innings of action.
