Rams ran their way into the record books quite literally.Emily Manfra had the exclamation point of the year when she achieved All-America status in the mile at the 2019 NCAA Division III Indoor Championships, the first-ever in the short history of the program. The Stoneham, Massachusetts native was one of many members of Suffolk's cross country and track & field teams to build a lengthy resume of individual accolades throughout the 2018-19 campaign including 2019 GNAC Track Athlete of the Year, three all-region nods and a pair of all-league honors after competing at the national championship each season.

Throughout the year, the individual accolades piled up. Across the 19 sports, Suffolk had 39 student-athletes garner all-conference recognition for 55 honors divided into multiple categories: two athletes of the year, five rookies of the year, 10 all-conference, nine first, second and third teams, respectively, three all-rookie team, four all-defensive team and four all-tournament team.

On the team side of things, 14 of Suffolk's eligible squads (17) gained access to play for a crown in their respective leagues and regions.

The women's golf team proved to be the best of New England once again as Jay Parker's Rams repeated as NEIGA Championships to cap off the fall with all five Rams on the course achieving first-team All-NEIGA. In the spring, Suffolk became the first-ever champion of the newly formed NWGC when it won the conference's inaugural title behind the individual champion Nicole Antonucci.

Men's golf on the other hand, as well as both cross country squads, posted the highest finish at the GNAC Championships in the history of the events. On the green, the blue-and-gold took fourth. The Rams' runners, meanwhile, each combined for runner-up performances.

Under the guidance of first-year head coach Scott Blanchard the volleyball squad made history by advancing to the league's semifinals for the first-time in program history.

Suffolk's women's hockey team skated in its inaugural season in the winter, where the men's basketball squad had a historic run of its own with the most wins since 1975-76 (18). Overall, all four of the Rams' post-season eligible winter squads – men's and women's basketball and men's and women's hockey – each made their respective brackets.

The spring saw baseball capture the regular-season GNAC title for the second-straight season, a feat achieved for the first-time in program history. Once again the Mutts were in the crown chase, but for the first time in the Anthony Del Prete era, they came up short, falling in the semis. On the other diamond, Jaclyn Davis' Rams made the softball tournament for the eighth consecutive campaign.

Academically, the department combined for a grade point average of 3.27 with 75 Rams earning all-conference academic recognition including 60 by the GNAC, 14 from the NEHC (13 men / 1 woman) and three by the Empire 8 (women's golf).  Similar to the athletic side of things, Manfra stood out once again, with Google Cloud Academic All-America distinction, presented by CoSIDA.
