Fourth Annual #RamsFanFest Set for Suffolk’s Inauguration Weekend

BOSTON – All members of Ram Nation are invited by Suffolk Athletics to East Boston Memorial Park Saturday, Oct. 13 for the Rams Fan Fest Event.

The fourth annual event follows the inauguration of the University's 11th president, Dr. Marisa J. Kelly and features a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) men's soccer contest with the Rams battling Anna Maria.

The festivities in Eastie begin in the morning with Rammy's 5K Fun Run and Walk at 11 a.m. with Fan Fest getting underway at 12 p.m. and the men's soccer kick-off scheduled for 1 p.m.

Admission is free and East Boston Memorial Park is just a 10 minute T ride from Suffolk's campus in Beacon Hill. Fans are encouraged to travel the Blue Line from Bowdoin or State Street to the Airport stop and take the few minute walk over to the stadium.

Rams Fan Fest is a part of two annual celebrations – Alumni and Family Weekend. These events bring the entire University community together for one fun-filled Suffolk Weekend! This special weekend will be the perfect opportunity for members of the Suffolk community and their families to reconnect or get acclimated with Suffolk. Reminisce with old friends, make new ones and enjoy beautiful Boston in the fall!
